Steve Winning St. Paul Steve Cosca competed in the pro-rodeo ranks for 17 years. Winning some of the most prestigious rodeo's of them all including the Reno Rodeo, Last Chance Stampede in Helena, Montana and the California ProRodeo Salinas. Steve Winning Marysville Rodeo He has also won the Sierra Circuit now called the "California Circuit" All-Around 1975 Champion. This bull riding picture shows Steve's ride at St. Paul, Oregon PRCA rodeo riding Christen Bros. "Snow Man" which won him the 1973 Champion Bull Rider. Steve NFR Number Steve qualified for the National Finals Rodeo held in Oaklahoma in 1972 and 1973 in the Bareback Riding. His good friend and traveling partner was 7-time All Around Rodeo Champion Larry Mahan who also won the World Champion bull rider in 1965 and 1967.
